PT PII is having intern to buy share from brownfield toll road projects which already operated with FIRR >15%. PT PII will bring resourcing to conduct Due Diligence including financial, technical and traffic due diligence as per negotiation process.

PT PII is also interested to buy share in initial stage from the consortium which already got the concession permits in stage of financing close and during construction process of the toll road.

 
PT PII has developed feasibility studies toll road projects to become the Initiator to several of the toll road corridors that have been planned in the Medium- and Long-Term Nation Plan of Government of Indonesia.
